Anxiety and Depression
Anxiety is a normal reaction to stressful situations with a driving fear of the future, while depression is often our difficulty of moving forward from the past. Through therapy, we are able to gain insight into better understanding how to not only exist in the extremities of the future or the past, but rather refocus our attention on the present moment, lessening our burdens over time.
Full Circle Counseling utilizes mindfulness-based techniques and evidence-based practices to help embrace the darkest parts of ourselves in a nonjudgmental space to work towards a renewed sense of emotional balance.
